Junior Support Analyst
We are currently seeking an entry-level software QA and support analyst to
assist with product testing and development. All Candidates should exhibit
excellent communication and organizational skills.
Previous software industry experience is a bonus. Intermediate office computer
skills are required.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Customer support technician
- Help develop a test plan and test our software that would involve checking all
the functionality
- Orgainize volunteer customers to participate in beta testing
- Keep in contact with the customers during the beta testing phase
- Prepare basic content for the user guide
